Paper Submission
Language:
All papers must be written and presented in English. English is the official language of the symposium.
Types of submissions and formatting instructions:
Two types of submissions are solicited: Regular (Long) Papers, including Special Session Papers and Work-in-Progress Papers.
- Regular (Long) Papers must be from 6 to 10 pages long (8 pages is the typical paper length) compliant with the IEEE two-column format.
- Work-in-Progress Papers: Work in progress papers are limited to 4 pages compliant with the IEEE two-column format, and will include a poster presentation at the conference.

Submitting your regular paper(s):
SIES'12 Manuscript Submission System (Please choose SIES2012 Regular Papers Track when making new submissions)
All papers published in the Proceedings of SIES 2012 will be included in the IEEE Xplore database, except for the following case. No-show Policy: The SIES 2012 Organizing Committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference at IEEE Xplore if the paper is not presented at the conference.
